Your information stays yours.

PBE Creative Ventures is a small family business in Hickory, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the wish form, we receive your wish, your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name.
- Bookings. Appointments are booked through Square. Square collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email and phone) and shares them with us so we can hold your appointment.
- Calls and email. If you call or email us, we keep what you share so we can help you.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our host and the services we use may automatically log technical details such as your browser type, device, pages visited and IP address, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your wish or question and to prepare for and hold your appointment.
- To do the work you ask us to do, and to send you a proposal or follow-up you asked for.
- To keep the site running, secure and working well.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to working with you.
Client files and business data
When we work with your business, we only look at what you choose to share, use it only for the work you asked for, and limit access to the people doing that work. When a project ends, we return or delete your files on request, except where we need to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Square for booking, our email and form providers, and our website host. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work. Square and other linked services may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies, including Square's own privacy notice.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email or call us.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
